- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've never had such bad service in my entire 3 years of banking with fifth third. The bank teller Ruthann gave me a terrible experience, not only did she act completely rude to me, she also made me feel like a complete idiot. She gave a bank ledger when I already use one on a regular basis. I asked for my balances of both of my checking and savings accounts so I could write the balances down in my ledger that was in my vehicle. Basically she refused to just tell me my balance and let me leave, she had to print off my balances to let me know what was available in my account. Mind you I still didn't use my account till the next day. Let's just say I am planning on closing my account from this experience and going to a better bank.By A Google User, July 07, 2017
