- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Smells like drugs inside the station. The same "busy" people who will take your information when you report a stolen bicycle, are the same people who won't take any information if you report you found an abandon bicycle. Not a busy crime filled city, try the scanners. They aren't interested in serving the community by helping an elderly person carry groceries. They speed through town for fun it appears with no sirens or lights. The drugs are rampant surrounding the university/city lines. Prostitutes, herion, crack, needles littered in the streets. Ive watched them throw away open containers and tell drivers to drive away. I'd label them more of a gang and have sympathy for any good person who joins.
