- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst Customer Service Ever at Arlington Street Store ! My son and I left UPS Store at 3465 S ARLINGTON RD UNIT E, Akron, Ohio Store today, Saturday, November 26, 11:40am after receiving perhaps the worst customer service in my lifetime from the gentlemen on duty. We intended to purchase 4 or 5 boxes that would have likely cost over $25.00. Because we did know exact dimensions in inches, the gentlemen refused to help us or provide us any support. Needless to say, we could not spend any money in this store because of this man's poor attitude and lack of help ! As I walked out of store, I sarcastically said thank you sir for all your help. The man yelled back in snarky tone, "You are vey welcome, have a good day". If this man was my employee, I would be giving him some needed training on customer service, how to treat customers or he would be quickly looking for a new job ! I explained to my son after leaving store that this man was a very poor example of how you treat customers or provide customers support when doing business.By Terry White, September 22, 2017

Terrible terrible terrible UPDATE: As a reply to the response by owner. I'm not sure who you're talking about there. That wasn't my situation. Looks like you treat multiple customers poorly each day.
